Soak in the country’s culture of kindness with a dip in Pai’s hot springs and a visit to the birthplace of traditional Thai massage at the Wat Pho Buddhist temple. Then you can kick the energy up a notch with an optional round of Muay Thai. Day 1 Bangkok Arrive at any time. Arrival transfer included. This evening, meet the group and CEO for a welcome meeting. Take this opportunity to set your intention for the trip ahead. There are no activities planned until an evening welcome meeting.

Arrival Day and Welcome Meeting 1h 18:00 The adventure begins tonight. Feel free to explore before your welcome meeting, but make sure you’re back in time to meet the group. After introductions, your CEO will review the details of your tour. Please note that normal check-in times apply at our start hotels, but you can usually store your luggage for the day if you arrive early.
Day 2 Bangkok/Chiang Mai Learn traditional techniques from the oldest massage school in Thailand. Afterward, fly to Chiang Mai and transfer to a guesthouse in the nearby countryside where you will enjoy a healthy, delicious dinner. Enjoy the pool and gardens.

Traditional Thai Guesthouse Chiang Mai Enjoy a unique stay in a village just outside Chiang Mai at a family-run guesthouse. Structured as a social enterprise, Joy’s Guest House supports the Children’s Shelter Foundation providing a home and education to 45 underprivileged children from the hill tribe villages of North Thailand and Burma. In addition to schooling, older students also have the opportunity to receive hands-on training at the guest house, preparing them for careers in hospitality and tourism industries.

Day 3 Chiang Mai Begin the day breathing through a morning yoga session. Spend your day exploring the vibrant city of Chiang Mai, famous for its night market, cooking classes, and Muay Thai. Afterward, travel to Doi Suthep for the chanting of the monks.

Visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, a golden Buddhist temple outside of Chiang Mai on the Mt Doi Suthep. Climb 300 steps to reach the temple and be rewarded with an unforgettable view. Admire the many Buddhist relics at this sacred temple and visit the white elephant shrine. Legend has it that the location of the temple was chosen after a white elephant carried a relic to the mountain and trumpeted three times before dying on the spot. Optional Activities – Day 3 Cooking Class Chiang Mai Pick out the best ingredients at a local market and learn how to make delicious Thai dishes. Muay Thai Fight Chiang Mai Watch a round of Muay Thai — it’s a sport unique to Thailand that’s gaining popularity around the world. Muay Thai has many of the same principles as kickboxing. Learn more about this engrossing sport with a visit to a match — don’t worry, you’re not expected to pick up your gloves and fight. Night Market Chiang Mai Pick up a souvenir at this shopper’s paradise. Wander through the market to find music, food, and local artists selling handmade crafts.
Day 4 Chiang Mai/Pai Transfer to your chalet on the riverbank of Pai. Relax and breathe in fresh air in the quiet hillside resort and soak in the tranquil hot springs. This afternoon stretch through a yoga class in an old teak Thai building.
Recharge: Vinyasa Yoga Flow through a vinyasa class surrounded by lush green trees.

Day 5 Pai This morning delight in the fresh, local ingredients during a vegetarian cooking class. Spend your afternoon wandering around town or relaxing in the hot springs and with a cold drink by the pool. This afternoon opt to go to the spa, stretch your legs on a day hike, or get active rafting or cycling.

Day 6 Pai/Ko Samui Transfer to Chiang Mai and fly to Ko Samui. Freshen up before a yoga session followed by a wander around the famous Fisherman village walking street where the market comes alive every Friday night.

Day 7 Ko Samui After a particularly calming morning yoga session, enjoy a fresh vegetarian buffet lunch. In the afternoon change into your swimsuit, grab a paddle and head out on the water. Stand up, get your balance and soak in the view.
Recharge: Morning Yoga Enjoy a yin yoga session. Yin practice is slow, quiet, and practised entirely in sitting and lying postures. It aims to relax the body and soften the body’s connective tissues.
Stand-up Paddleboarding Ko Samui Glide your way along Koh Samui’s coastline on a stand-up paddleboard. The water in this area is generally calm and always warm, you’ll be tempted to jump off for a swim.

Day 8 Ko Samui Climb out of bed in the dark and enjoy the unforgettable experience of doing yoga while the sun rises over the Gulf of Thailand. Your afternoon is at leisure but be sure to return for a reflective meditation on the beach this evening.
After a morning of relaxation continue by lying on the beach and going swimming in the ocean, or choose to get your heart rate up and grab a surfboard or ask your CEO for hiking trail suggestions.
