Your experience begins with a night time tour of amazing San Francisco with its views of the bay and its quaint trolleys. After a restful night in Union Square you’ll be transported north to Muir Woods and the beauty and charm of Napa California’s wine country. You’ll relax on the Napa train and experience a gourmet lunch and picnic as you’re transported from chateau to chateau experiencing some of the world’s most delicious wines and beautiful countryside. Relax in the evening overlooking the beautiful Napa River at one of Napa’s most charming inns.
Day 1 – Wednesday, April 10th
Early morning flight aboard United Airlines direct to San Francisco. You’ll be transported to The Handlery Union Square Hotel for check in then have the afternoon on your own to explore the streets of San Francisco. Visit Ghirardelli Square, or The Ice Cream Museum where you can feed your face (and your instagram)! Shop in the areas boutiques or take a trip out to Alcatraz and tour the prison.

followed by City Sightseeing San Francisco Double Decker Night Tour
Enjoy the beautiful city of San Francisco at night. The lights will captivate you in such a wondrous manner. Tour highlights, Palace of Fine Arts, Nob Hill,Financial District,Bay Bridge,Treasure Island,North Beach,Chinatown and Union Square.
Duration of tour: 2 hours (starts 7PM)
This live narrated 2 hour tour of San Francisco shows you the most vibrant neighborhoods of the city! With spectacular views from the top of an original open top Double Decker bus, the tour covers all major sites of San Francisco. Departing from Fisherman’s Wharf, it takes you along the Marina District to the Palace of Fine Arts for a photo stop. The tour continues through Nob Hill with its impressive Grace Cathedral and some of the best views of San Francisco. Passing the Financial District the tour then crosses the Bay Bridge with its spectacular art installation of lights that have become San Francisco’s iconic light sculpture, and further on to Treasure Island – a little island between San Francisco and Oakland with the best views of San Francisco skyline. On your way back you will see Union Square, Chinatown, North Beach as well as famous Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39.
Day 2 – Thursday, April 11th
Following breakfast at your hotel, you’ll travel by coach to a peaceful walk in Muir Woods, named after influential naturalist and environmental philosopher John Muir, to experience the majesty of the redwoods. After, you’ll arrive in the quaint village of Napa and check in to the River Terrace Inn overlooking the beautiful Napa River. The afternoon is free to stroll the village. Walk to shops and restaurants. Dinner is on your own this evening.
Day 3 – Friday, April 12th
A day on your own to visit neighboring towns or relax in Napa. See a list below of suggested activities.

Day 4 – Saturday, April 13th
All aboard! You’ll walk to the train this morning and enjoy a champagne brunch, a wine tasting at Mondavi, full course lunch followed by a tasting at Charles Krug. Afternoon cheese on the train followed by a tour and tasting of one of Napa’s most unique wineries V. Sattui. You can only experience their wines on site! Visit their lovely cheese and meat shop and relax at one of their many picnic tables in the fresh air. You’ll return to The River Terrace on the train while enjoying a locally made dessert.
Day 5 – Saturday, April 14th
Today you’ll have time for a half-day tour before being transported back to San Francisco for your return flight home.
