Itinerary

May 19, 2012

5:30am                   Bus to arrive at Wegmans Parking Lot Route 57 & John Glenn - Liverpool

6:00am                   Bus departs for New York City (stop enroute at group’s discretion)

11:00am                 Bus arrives in “The Big Apple” – drops group at Rockefeller Center area

Free time to shop and sight see in the city – enjoy shopping on 5th Avenue, St Patrick’s Cathedral, Times Square, Chinatown, Little Italy, Central Park, and so much more…  - Lunch on your own

2:00pm                   Optional Broadway Show (TBA - $70 value) – Dinner on your own after show

8:00pm                   Group assembles - meet & board bus for hotel (meet bus at Rockefeller Center area)

8:30pm                   Check into the hotel

8:00am                   Hot Buffet Breakfast at the hotel

9:00am                   Check out of the hotel and head into the city

10:00am                 NY Water Taxi (board boat at Pier84 – West 44th Street & 12th Avenue

Free time to shop and sight see in the city – enjoy shopping at South Street Seaport and lunch on your own

4:00pm                   Group to assemble and meet bus to depart for home

                                (Stop enroute at group’s discretion to eat dinner on your own)

                                ETA in Liverpool is 10:00pm

Cost

Cost is $300 per person based on single occupancy (1 per room) $230 per person based on double occupancy (2 per room), $210 per person based on triple occupancy (3 per room) or $200per person based on quad occupancy (4 per room).  Optional Broadway show ticket add $70 per person

 

 

Payments

Payment schedule is as follows:

v  A deposit of $50 per person is due at time of  sign up (add $70 if attending Broadway show)

v  Balance and rooming assignment are due no later than May 1, 2012.
